Safety
Remember, you are hauling some precious cargo. Check the safety rating of your vehicle. You, want a vehicle with a five-star safety rating and has performed well in crash tests. Practicality

Look for a vehicle with multiple seating rows, 3 or more and foldable seats. This gives you room to carry everyone and still fit all the groceries and luggage!
